The official Master Community Developer of Water Garden City is promoting the mixed used water-front development which is situated in the Seef District.

All the infrastructure requirements have been completed for the Marina District including roads, electrical power, water supply, sewerage network and Batelco optical fibre high speed cables have been installed.
