The INDUSTRIAL GATE CITY (IGC) is a 6.5 million square meter development in the south section of Riyadh (the largest industrial city in the Middle East to be developed by the private sector). (IGC) enjoys comprehensive infrastructure. The 400 Mega /Volt/Amperes of combined power will be supplied by three main electrical substations distributed within the city, the first newly completed and linked electric substation provides a 120 Mega /Volt/Amperes to all IGC land uses during the first stage. The city also provides communication, potable water, along with effective wastewater treatment facilities that reuse treated water in irrigation and firefighting networks.
(IGC) provides an ideal environment for International and local manufacturers and logistics service providers and created the base for promising investment opportunities; the master plan includes (Industrial plots, Warehouses plots, Residential Zones and Commercial and mixed-use plots).
(IGC) is licensed by the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), which supervised the implementation of the master plan and is issuing building permits to end users.
